Hello TubeSteak007 - I can answer question #4. Yes, it is indeed Al Hirt on the trumpet - but the song is not "Flight of the Bumble Bee" (although it sounds very much like it). Al Hirt was playing "The Green Hornet". It can be found on the KILL BILL Vol. 1 soundtrack.

I actually made a beermas tree as well this year, but we secured it with beer boxes placed on a flat surface, stacked ontop of eachother with a small rim for the bottle to sit on.
