this video made me excited it reminds me of initial d anime the battle between rx7 fd of kyosuke and gtr of the knight kids rx7 is faster on corners bcoz of its rotary engine its a cornering machine while gtr has a powerful engine good at straight but slower on corner and bcoz of its heavy engine it wears front tire fast thats why its prone to understeer but bcoz its driven by drift king keichi he knows what to do when understeeringi still go for FD the track is favorable by GTR

Considering that the S15 is stock and the R34 and FD are obviously modified I'd say the S15 REALLY showed the power of a blacktop SR20DET and even though it had some body roll issues, the suspension was still a nice setup.

I have a question: look at 2:22 and 2:38 , orido uses the e-break locks up the rear wheel without step on the clutch. Why did it not cause the engine stall since rx-7 is a RWD. Can some1 answer pls?

@answer223 he didnt lock the rear tires, he just pulled it enough to shift the break balance more so to the rear tires.. the squeeling you hear is just him turning the car a bit too hard which caused some over steer.

so many driver mistakes in this one compared to their normal usual driving. simple errors too, unrelated to the high horsepower cars, such as locking up the brakes on that one corner over and over out of the hairpin, etc.
