it took me months of dedication, 3 times a day during my high school days totaling at least an hour. now after all this work i can do ALOT of handstand tricks and things, i even made a local group focused around handstands. there is something magical about being upside down. after doing it so much, being upside down is so normal for me as walking with my legs is for others. handstands FOR LIFE.
