I agree with the 1/3, about 2 billion people will ascend once this planets makes it big changes. I say that the rest will be actually escorted off planet, to carry on the drama elsewhere. No longer will this planet be the stage for suffering.

But it's but one gossamer-thin layer of the mythic fabric of the universe. The families you are referring to are narrow-minded enough to view their adult children as unable to choose their own religion, which, by the way, is against the U.S. constitution and you disrespect their intelligence in choosing to listen to me. Some families disrespect their grown offspring and try to manipulate and force them to believe what they want them to believe. That is way more aggressive, violent and mean. Address those violations. I hate to stoop to quoting scripture but if you continue to read into 1Corinthians 2:6 you'll find it says "6 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. 8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. i love what he has to say, specially about working on yourself and doing transformative work. very refreshing to hear it from a christian priest, u dont hear anough of the wise side of the big religions... usually its too buried in dogma.
I like Father Peter but I have to admit this has been predicted many times in history. Just think what the people after the fall of Rome must have thought, or the Plages of europe, or the War for the states (Civil War). All these had death and desease at that time period. It is grace that enables us to change, it's true. But a personal striving is rquired in order for it to last and be effective. God calls us, but we have to act and rise up out of our former disaster of a life. We all need help doing that and none can take credit for that by themselves. I agree.

I'm a true christian yet I didnt change myslef, I didnt 'cut off certian habits' or 'weaknesses', Christ changed me. I could have done none of it myself and as humans, yes, we can change ourselves a bit, but not long term and it certainly wouldnt bring inner peace. When I gave my life to God, my character and personality was changed, until that time I would never be able to carry out new years resolutions or my wishes to become a 'better person' for long.
