  • 1 year under copaxone. I'll suggest you to inject more up on your legg than this. I think it's too close from your knees

I made a song in French about the inject2 of copaxone ! :))

Sometimes it took 1 minute before the injection is done :((( I had to change 2 times of the inject2 ... it makes me crazy !!

Are you still under copaxone ?

It was my copaxone birthday last 13th of may :))

    good luck

    chrystèle from France

  • Wow your alot like me!! Im the same way when I do my shots, im really nervous!! Im getting alittle better though..haha I hope everythings goes well for you

  • please don't do what I did today,, I forgot to

remove the cap and like an idiot I shot it and I

was amazed it didn't burn well maybe it's cause I lost the shot lol.

  • Gosh I hate needles. It would probably freak me out everytime I would have to do that.

  • I'm still in my first week and it DOES freak me out. The autoject is loud. Ack!

  • LOL yeah. I had more anxiety about clicking that AI button than I do about manual shots :p

  • You did fine! Glad to see you were still able to laugh and keep up the positive spirit! You'll be doing those shots like nothing soon!

The burning WILL subside. I just began box 5, and the burn is less in duration now. :)

  • I am hoping it does subside. I injected on my right hip yesterday and the injection site reaction was minimal BUT the burning was a lot worse. We'll see how it goes - I'd definitely love LESS burning :)BTW I also did it in 6 seconds yesterday! Wohoo!!

  • Haha! Awesome! I actually was all manual before, but I've been using the AI for hips and tummy, and it works GREAT in those areas I find :)

Thighs and arms, still manual. I tried the AI on my arm, and my goodness it hurt!

  • I still havent done my arm yet, but Ive heard theres a lot of burning there.

  • I remember the beginning being really bad. Not going to lie about that...but it WILL get better. Trust me. I still have burn on some days, but it's lessened in duration.

Or maybe I'm just getting used to it? :)

  • You might be getting used to it! Yay you! I actually talked to someone with MS tonight. Shes had it diagnosed for 6 yrs and been on Copaxone for 6 years NO relapses - which was awesome. Shes that person that Shared Solutions has to call you. She was very cool ;)

  • Oh right on! Yeah, since I have been on Copaxone, I have not had new symptoms or relapsed.... and I've just started box 5. So cross your fingers for me :)
