Slow playing big hands is a great way to get max value and is very efficient against the right villain and in the right spots. With that being said, if you consistently slow play your big starting hands it opens you up to being outdrawn and in the long run it will not be a profitable play as x number of times you WILL get outdrawn.

limping is a style that is set because he knows he can hook mike eventually and if they don't raise a lot pre flop, he knows he has the best of it. Limping is not good all the time but sometimes it can light someone up.

well, the trapping game is not that good, youll get the taste of it when you slow play a big pair and a dude gets a flush with 2-3 of spades on the flop, and you stay there with the kings asking youself: "Why the hell didnt I raise preflop"? it depends, you have to get some luck to be able to trap like that, and many times its just not worth it.
