The "cob-web" like material highlighted early on in the video (1:50-1:59 mark) is said not to be the offending floaters. Does it seem the patient notices these strands? And if so, could they have been treated if bothersome?
@TheManontheMtn Those fine wispy strands are not typically the shadow-causing floaters. They are sometimes all over the place. They can be fired at with the laser, but not very effectively. Unless they are particularly hazy or thickened -it is best to leave them alone.
i have continuous blurry vision, white floaters above or outside of eyes, it effects me 24/7. missoula, montana md's are horrible, sorry, but true. I have had my eye lids cut, used black box medication, etc.Nothing Helps
@SRospieler I likely meant the effective working aperture: either the pupil opening diameter, or the diameter of the lens implant (usu. about 5.5mm), or the even smaller posterior lens capsule opening (3.5-4.5 mm or so)
No one with any significant experience that I am aware of. There are no courses or continuing medical education seminars where this is taught. There is nothing to prevent someone from taking an interest in treating floaters, but to get good at it required several months and a few hundred thousand laser shots.
Hello, I am subscribed to your channel I was wondering if you are aware of anyone who is capable of doing this procedure in New York state, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
I WONDER IF THIS TYPE OF LASER INSOLVES RISK-TAKING OR SIDE EFFECTS....ANYONE WHO HAS DONE THIS LASER GIVES INFORMATIONS...PLEASE....

@bluepastry Eye lids cut? Black box medications? I don't understand. Were these done/used to treat the floaters? Odd!

I wonder if Dr Rand Paul does this? But he is in Kentucky anyway. I'm in NH. I am desperate!
