This song takes me back to my first year in the USMC stationed in Okinawa Japan. We had the latest in stereo equipment so you know Earl sounded really good on Marantz Reciever, Teac Reel To Reel, Akai Cassette deck, the Bose 901's speakers, thanks for the memories."If you knew how much I need ya, if you knew how much I built my whole world around you"
i get that feeling as soon as the first chord of the intro is played, and then again even more intense when the first chord of the main melody is played...the feeling of being hopelessly love sick.
@CH4ism : The names of the singers are : Frank Floyd, Krystal Davis & Yvonne Lewis.

A hot summer night in Minneapolis (yes, we get warm up here) Earl Klugh and a glass of good scotch. Way cool.

This is my fav Earl Klugh song. Thanks for posting it.
This song has like a country, R/B, and gospel vibe to it. When the vocals start, I still get that sick feeling. I love this song.
"You knew how much I needed you, You knew how much I built my life around you".
We have all been there before.
