Today I read what I was expecting for years in the newspapers: most pilots don't know how to fly the plane manually anymore, the FAA has found out that most accidents where due to pilot error, they blame most cases due automatisation.. I have always said there must be a flight engineer on board, simply cause pilots aint technicians and that's needed in certain emergency..common sense..not a checklist, and pilots must do more manual flying.

Simple, the A380 came first and every airline was horny as hell to order it. But Airbus has rushed the A380 in to production and now the airlines is paying for it with since the A380 has so many problems. Just look up the problems Emirates have with their A380 fleet for example. All new technologies= more problems in Airbus case. Boeing has not rushed the 747-8 into production and as the time goes by the 747-8 just like the 737 will get tons of more orders as time goes by.

the camera man didnt do a good job, yes it was a little bumpy, but its ten times as hard to hold a steady picture when the zoom the camera in as he did in his attempt to catch the outside view. Most prof camera operators wont do a close up shot unless they are on a tripod or in a very good stance.
