  • nice shews

  • alright

  • what a weak cunt

  • i can do this real easy but i shake a lot when doing the dips with the two bars

  • This is my favourite excercise to do! lol

  • Excercise video. Opening ad is for macdonalds.

  • is you can count how many times this guy say's 'alright' you found wally

  • I used to do this when I was bored, didn't knew it was

  • @cornflaker my speakers suck and it sounded like a fart. sorry bro

  • i saw this guy in a film o.O :O

  • nah i reckon he looks more like ryan reynolds

  • 0:08 - Have a seat on any standard bench *fart*

  • first things first, i need a bench

  • @SecretAsianMan09 use your bed.

  • Usually i get a "Make your own reps" so i go to extremes and attempt 30 sets of 50 reps i want to kill myself from the pain but i see results the following morning...

  • @ErrorrPerfect dude does it work?how good ?

  • @karr017 Well i dont do many Dipsets Maybe 3 of 15-20 but they work quite well over about 4 days i seen improvement in my shoulders and tris but not the chest i don't have the tools to do forward dips thats why

Ohh but its killer on the shoulders the pain will drive you crazy just don't shrug your shoulders when dipping down keep them stiff and straight as possible and use your arms to lift

  • This sucks for strength and will destroy your shoulders.

  • @rudipell90 Somebody has subscribed to Mike & Elliott's email list. lol

  • Ben Affleck?

  • Good comment Parallel dips are much better than bench dips.

  • Guys this is important, drop bench dips - if there's one exercise which often causes shoulder impingement syndrome, it's this one ;)

  • @SGTcrackey666 this only happens to fuckwits who dont warm up!!!!!

  • @SGTcrackey666

So what you are saying is that no one should perform dips ?

  • @9800GtGameplay normal dips are fine with chairs for example by your sides. But doing bench dips put your arms behind your body putting your shoulders in their weakest posistion.

  • @SGTcrackey666 you are absolutely right I don't do this one my clients anymore...

  • hey whats the difference btwn this and using 2 benches?

    thanks.

dude what is there to comment? if you never did this before or at least seen it-that's just weird.

    anyways, nice video "livestrong"

  • Because it's just odd. Having that many views but no comments. I was just saying.

  • @dudeflash45

well, idk...i've seen videos with 30,000 views with no comments. ahah funny how all of a sudden comments started flowing.

  • Haha yeah. Do you bodybuild?

  • @dudeflash45

    yea I do. 3 1/2 years...you?

  • I used to work out 2 years back. But I stopped because I didn't wanna stunt my growth -_- I'm thinking of starting again this summer. But I wanna get taller. I'm only 6 feet tall.

  • @dudeflash45

Only? wth u wanna be man? 7 feet? haha... btw, excercise doesn't stun your growth, it actually helps you improve height because it increases the size of you muscles and helps you stretch vertically. Now, if you want to become Arnold Shwz. it will stun your growth. You should lift, just not 400 lbs! lol..

  • Well, I want to be above 6 feet. Lol. Like 6'5 or 6'8...around there. Anything above 6 feet is fine with me. Maybe 6'3 or 6'2. So yeah. And how do you stretch vertically when you work out?

  • @dudeflash45 you muscles fight for space to occupy so it stretches you to get space

  • @DivnaBiH lol working out helps you grow vertically, LOL.

  • @JaxxDaemon

helped me... i was 5'5" at the end of high school, started weight lifting and now i'm 5'11"

  • @DivnaBiH Yes yes and weights made you GROWWW.

Or maybe you naturally grew as that what happens between the age of 1-20 lol.

  • @JaxxDaemon

son, why do you have to argue? the point is that weights didn't stun my growth...get rid of your stubborness.

  • @DivnaBiH We're hardly arguing kid. I just want to correct you.
