I am soooo picky with water. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT drink tap water or arrowhead water. It sucks because i drink alot of water and its more expensive than the filtered bottle. Are there any alternatives for me?
lol @ water haters. I'm certainly one. But I've been guzzling it down recently because of constantly being dehydrated. I think if I drank at all, I'd be suffering from the same thing, as I just HATED water. I'm currently trying to break my caffeine addiction (it's not even coffee, but diet coke lol). But thus far, it's been going well.
@pascally22 youtubers in relationships do one of vids with them and their partner so. To show the other half of the story, so to speak. Search 'boyfriend tag' and you'll see what I mean.

Girl I have the exact same bottle I love it because when I'm out and about with my neices I just fill it up with at the water foundation and then we are good to go.
Deff know what your talking about.. im also in the military and I hate drinking water, since im in the Corps were known for drinking beers, hard liquor etc. But i try the miso flavor pouches and its pretty good, I just hated the metal tasting water.. quick question.. I have to put my hair up in a bun every day pretty much and i use gel what kind of gel would be good for your hair with out breakage. I currently use Fantasia styling gel with sparkle lites.
@MegaTica12 I've been using EcoStyler Protein gel... its the only one that doesn't make my hair feel dry, doesn't flake, keeps a good hold, and doesn't make my forehead break out.
Thanks for posting this video. I was actually in the market for a new water bottle that came with a filter. And I used to hate Target. Going to go there Tuesday. Thanks for the tip. I feel you on your situation as well. It is scary to know that something that seems so minor could have a monumental effect on your health. It is great that you are taking better care of yourself as I am inspired to do the same.

This is such a great video. I went through a stressful period last year and it suddenly became such in imposition to drink as much water as I had before. I have not felt the same since. It is amazing how consistent you have to be with drinking water religiously to stay on track.
Although there is a filter, and you're getting the water from different places, does it taste different? This is a good idea, but I'm stuck on Arrowhead water.
Great Video... I totoally know where your coming from last summer I had a similar dilema .. I had an inflamed small intestine which I am guessing is similar pain to what you felt... I am sorry you had to go thru that, but happy to hear you are downing your water!! I will definetly be going to purchase this waer bottle. STay Healthy Pascallly!!

I think I had that because I drink a lot of soda and no water really. My urine smelled like eggs and it looked cloudy.

another tip if you are not a water drinker put drops of lemon juice or lime juice something citris and it helps
