I'm a PROUD Union member - the UNION represents the common worker against big business . I know some think that Unions protect "bad workers" but that's not true. Unions have provided 40 hour work weeks, overtime pay, sick leave, paid vacation and other work rules that prevent BIG business from dismissing a worker without cause.
