  • WOW thanks mate

  • your hot!!!

  • I heard this term from b.scott. "Haters=E-ballers" are people who have grown balls and say stuff on the internet that they are afraid to say in real life.

Thanks for the advice about midsection. I'm going to have surgery done in Nov 2010

  • Cheers bro!!! 4 the info me go try it now...maori boi!!!! frm dwn under new zealand peace....

  • This might help, I don't have that much to loose its about 1.2 an inch at the botttom, if I suck in and stand up really tall its all but gone but I know its there

  • tx for the idea man. very cool

  • Hi :) Just wanted to say thanks for the video...I know you posted it a long time ago, but I just came across it. :)

  • How long did it take to results?

  • That's my problem now. After losing 150lbs, I have just excess skin all around my mid-section area, and my chest (breast) area, and I hate it. It's the only thing left that continues to remind me of my bigger self. Sucks....

  • THANKS DUDE!I have a big problem with exes skin :(

  • thx 4 tha tip. i hate my arms i will try tha wrap and let u know.

  • why does it sound like "Mother," the computer from aliens processing something in the background?

  • Thanks for the tip! Im gonna try it!

  • Your video helped me.

ive been wrapping my stomach with cut up and sowed sweat shirt around my lower stomach. it works great.

    i can see a diffrents

  • thanks for the tips bud

  • iusn there also like a cream or lotion thingy that helps ur skin get back to its original state

  • yea you are hot

  • wow thank you very much man, i'll sure go ahead and try this, i lost about half my size in a summer because I joined a local swim program and really got into it. I was just wondering how long did it take you to get results?

  • Are you sure you're not just burning fat? I lost 115 lbs over the course of a year, and I have quite a bit of flab around my midsection at 10.5% bodyfat. A month or so ago I weighed a few lbs less than I do now (been focusing on weight training now), anyway skin is elastic, in fact it contains a chemical called "elastin". I'm not saying loose skin doesn't exist; I have some myself. I just mean, when I was focusing on cardio and weight loss, I had less "loose skin" than when I started eating more

  • so you really believe that exercise alone can help excess skin (after weight loss)?

  • could you send me a message explaining more about that ?

where can i buy one of those fat belts??

  • the extra skin could you send me a message expalning more about that

  • Great tips! That is one of my fears as I lose weight.. excess skin. So I'm glad to see their is hope!.

  • 2 loose excess skiin first of all you need 2 stop loosing weight, stop dieting immediatly.exercise focusing on toning moves like crunches, etc, also do cardio, but maintain your weight, this will take you longer, but your skin will shrink, also moisterize.

  • where can i buy one of those fat belts??

  • You are hot

  • yo dogg another way to tighten skin is to do hot yoga that shit helps tighten skin big time, lol and cant wearing a plastic bag as a t cause heat stroke and other health problems?

  • good video, ima try it =D

  • Have you lost the loose skin yet? I've got loose skin all over my thighs and belly. I would like to know if your method was sucessful after a year.

  • You are very attractive! BTW, I looked at your youtube page (looks very professional, awesome), and the heading reads "Live-Breath," etc. Just wanted to point out that "Breath" should be spelled "Breathe". No offense meant.

  • Nice video! ;-)~ I think it's awesome to see a man addressing and finding ways to combat this issue.

  • Nice work!

    yardsnacker

  • its nice dude keep it up...just one thing to say..u do too much abs exercise..abs are like any other muscle it just need training just like 1 or 2 days per week BUT if you do that u have to do the crunches with a weight... :) nice work anyways :)

  • Just a suggestion, but you may want to cross your arms, placing the hands on the opposite shoulders rather causing potential neck problems by your hands pulling on he back of your head. Most excess skin will disappear in 6 months to a year. I don't know if your suggestion has a scientific basis, but if it works for you and you keep yourself hydrated then great.

  • Thanks for sharing this with us.

  • Cool! Sounds like it's working for you. Like smirlis747, I'm a big advocate of lifting. Really helps to tighten and tone things up nicely. Your ab work is sure to help, as well. Peace...

  • try going in a sauna, that will make you sweat like theres no tomorrow. Also ever thought about joining a gym, lifting weights will tone the muscles and skin better than anything.

  • I've made a similar sort of video on loose skin. Dropping your BF% through cardio and building the muscle beneath is the surest way to get your stomach muscle tighten up. It looks like you are right on the correct path.

  • I knew Tupac wasn't really dead. Oh, two-pack. Way to go. When's the unveiling?

  • hahaha, im not all to comfortable with removing my shirt just but if you watch the beginning of my smoking and videogames its off lol not much to see.

ill see if I can muster up the gruff to take my shirt off and expose my pasty white irish abs lmao!
