I'm trying to learn Raiden and getting my ass handed to me. I've been trying to teleport in to counter projectiles cross screen, but there's such a delay between the teleport and the first attack, I get murdered afterwards. Do you use the tele in that situation and if so what do you open with? I 've been trying a quick 2, 2, electrocute to open a longer combo, but in a match I tend to be pressing forward or back as well which does the opener to the 2-hit you show, and I fail miserably.

@Cbhoy1888 Because, it's typical fighter jargen. Each face button has an assigned number and is used globally throughout most 2-d fighters. 8wayrun fighters are different where each direction you can move is assigned to a number on your usb-keyboard's num-pad. For most of the 2-d fighers that I know of, 1=X, 2=Y, 3=A, 4=B.. obviously that's for Xbox, so for Playstation it would be the corresponding buttons in order, 1=Square, 2=Triangle, 3=X, 4=Circle.

Please don't do your "commentary" live because that's when you get rambling on and on, the way you did the commentary during the online portion was perfect. No explaining this and that and why, just what you were doing and fast. You could do the same thing when showing the combo's and then re-show them again in slow motion while saying the input commands.

I bet at least 3-5 mins of this video could be edited out because of all the talking/rambling on and on.. Good job again though and thanks

Incredible strategy video. Just what i needed to see. I really want to get better and i think this is a good way to start, just seeing someone insanely good give a walk through and strategy tips gives me hope! How many players should I attempt to master? Ive noticed that certain fighters are terrible match ups with one another so I'd like to get a few others. Anyone have recommendaitons for a begginer? I have found that cyber sub zero is easy to combo with. Anyone else?

@YouShutupSir Yeah, I think Kabal is pretty easy to become descent with. Kung Lao is probably the best character in the game to master. As far as simple combos that can deal 20%+ damage I feel like a Raiden is the way to go though (he's my main).

@gulsh88 well u can actually get an extra percent if you start it with forward jump to a punch but either way why waste an x-ray on only getting 3 more percent damage??? totally a waste of meter, my combos aren't so they can be super high, the point of them are to be super effective
