People who say this is fake have obviously never owned a bird it's amazing how well they can mimic songs and learn songs he's not using his beak to whistle that's why it looks like it doesn't match. They use their throats. I have a cockatiel who whistles perfect melodies. Great video!

I am going to have to try and get my parrots to whistle. They like to scream and one talks like crazy. She will mimic our laughter and other sounds but so far no whistles... except for the dog whistle like most birds will do.. they all copy the outdoor bird's whistles and songs.. but nothing like this! Jasper was easy to train because he is loves to whistle. He did not say much mainly hello and hello birdy . I taught him by recording a whistling tune on to a mobile, never longer than 30 secs. Then playing it to him maybe 20 times a day for about a week. Then after a week he would begin to whistle it. To begin it was never in the right order, a bit mixed up. But he got it right in the end. Some times he would mix 2 tunes, like x files and for a few dollars more or 1812 overture and Indiana jon
