Those were Curtis P-40's flown by very poor pilots, they didn't even evade. Great video.

@HeartGoldMVP No. Hurricanes have a large square oil cooler under the fuselage below the pilot. Look @ 1:11. The landing gear on a Hurricane are flush when folded. These fold straight back and there is a bulge where the gear rotate. The Hurricane's rear wheel does not retract. The P-40's does.
