Gyration GYR4101US Air Music Remote

i bought a gyration mouse and im not at all happy with it, the motion trigger button on the bottom of it sticks and it makes it very difficult to use. I have sent emails to gyration support and haven't had a reply, and no one is answering the support phone number, i heard they have been bought out by another company, my advice, DON'T BUY ONE, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

this pathetic review completely forgot to look at the LCD screen which lets you control your itunes/windows media player collections..I have the older version of this remote and watched the video just waiting for that to be review!!!
