  • Flaxseed oil is a great Omega 3 source, but consuming the actual flax seed is much better for you because it has that additional fiber and cancer fighting lignans that the flaxseed oil leaves out. And since you can't just eat the seeds they need to be grinded up which can be hard and annoying to work into your diet. But there is this chewable Flaxseed tablet now called FlaxFit that has all the benefits of the grinded flaxseed powder in a chewable tablet form. Check it out....flaxfit.com.

  • Can't wait. I am doing P2 cause I cheat to early in P3 but I have been using coconut oil and mac nuts (choco delite) with much success. I don't have much to go just want to get done and enter P3 successfully. I hope I did not mess it up by entering P2 after cheating on P3 and not being on P3 very long.

  • @MrTraceym1 I think you are fine. If it makes you feel better, I don't think I cheated on P3, but I know I didn't do it right! So, you will do fine. don't look back :0

  • Have you heard of the Budwig Diet? Dr Budwig was using Organic Flaxseed Oil combined with Organic Low Fat Cottage Cheese in preventing and curing Cancer and Chronic Diseases. I can't use flaxseed oil because it interferes with my BHRT right now. Once I am balanced for 3 months, then I can start incorporating it.

  • Great vlog! Thanks! Wish we had a whole foods here. Our "health food store" their lack of knowledge and help leaves a lot to be desired! I put the ground flax seed in my protein shake, I wonder if that's as good as the oil?

  • @Neene48 Flax seed is better but you need about 1/4 of a cup of ground flaxseed daily and not as easy to mix and drizzle over food as the oil. the seed also helps "move you along" so for some it does cause many trips to the bathroom! I love flaxseed in my yogurt and spinkled on my steel cut oats.
