I think for my skintone (light-med olive) the Toofaced natural palette, the top row would recreate this look beautifully. The middle shade velvet revolver is perfect for this, curl lashes and lots of defining mascara and you're set in my opinion.

Depends on your comfort level in my opinion. If you're fine with it, then rock it. I just said this would be a good look for the daytime because I get asked a lot for a smoky eye that's suitable for daytime. Personally, I'll go out wearing anything. lol ;D
