It's nice that this scientist at least considered the whale and her behavior during tagging. So many scientists don't seem to care at all----the youtube vid of those yahoo scientists careening through a mating group in the Bay of Fundy (or gulf of St. Laurence..can't remember) is a case in point. They received so many negative comments from the "uneducated" public that they took down comments. We, the unschooled, who don't "care" about nature! Makes you sick.
Wow, really enjoyed watching - keep up the terrific work, these are truly awe inspiring creatures and I really hope the good work of such dedicated people will help to slow the decline in their numbers
I love these clips of these BEAUTIFUL WHALES =] I'm 32 years old and i was told in school they were all dead we killd them all it broke my heart I cryd with joy when i learnd there where still a few left Today I showd these clip to my kids and seen there joy as well it was so awsome thank you for posting your videos
Nice job on the vid. Tells a compelling story and the photos are awesome. I would be so utterly thrilled to have your experience. I suspect it was pretty humbling. Thanks for sharing it.
Great video and thanks for giving us a glimpse into your incredible work. As one who loves the ocean, I am so jealous and would love to go back to grad school for marine sciences.
