Man is not meant to drink milk. Milk in whites causes constipation. It irrirates the lining of your intestine causing bleeding which results in your pooh being blood red. In blacks milk can cause diahrrea as most are lactose interolant.

I have personally spent the last 20 years of my life finding all about these things by trail and error. Its true!! drug cos are in business to make money. And this is a good thing. I like almond milk but it contains soy lecithin (90% of soy is a GMO).

Hemp milk is the best & naturally contains Omega-3 & Omega-6 essential fatty acids (thanks for reminding me DrReaper).

Human beings are not meant to drink other mammals milk. I don't understand how a naturopath would recommend raw goats milk to promote good health. If people stopped drinking milk the hospitals would be out of business tomorrow.

I listened to this whole interviewed and found it very informative. The part were Doctor Wallach

was saying that the pasteurization of the cow milk is taken the most important immune system nutrients that are produced by a new mother to protected its new born from infections. I totally agree with that statement.
