The light created by God in verse 3 was "after " verse 2 which states: "And the earth was without form, and darkness was upon the face of the deep..." You have to realize that many years ago Benny Hinn was reported to be taking in well over 100 million dollars/year tax free. If God wanted to say Eve had a sexual relationship, God would have said that Satan "knew" Eve, just as God said that Adam 'knew" her and she conceived and in the same way, Cain "knew" his wife and she conceived. It says no where that satan "knew" Eve.

When God punished the serpent he said in Genesis 3:14 "Upon thy belly shalt thou go, n dust shalt thou eat all the day s of thy life" But if he was a snake then why did God say that? Snakes already go on their bellies. So the serpent was some type of man. One who was sly, "more suble than any beast in the field"

El Ela Elohim...absolutely not gods, buy one God, and even the devil knows this and trembles. If the Holy spirit overshadowed Mary, then the Holy Spirit is the Father if we go by what you said. @williamsfilms1 They did not "look" drunk. Because they seemed to be "babbling" as they spoke in other languages, some folks thought they were "drunk" (see Acts chapter 2). Jesus says "drunkards" will not inherit the Kingdom of Heaven. It would not attract non-believers to Christians if we staggered around like drunks! In the church Paul says tongues must be interpreted or the unsaved will think you're crazy (1 Cor. 14:23). Looking like a "drunk" would achieve Satan's purposes, not God's .

@moabedom We walk by faith not by sight. Why would we "need PROOF that people are being TOUCHED by an "outpouring of the Holy Spirit". We "test the spirits" by comparison to scripture. Non-believers are saved by FAITH which comes by reading or hearing God's Word. And believers are not to "seek after signs" Mt. 12:39 "An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign.." Reread 1 Cor. 14 - EVERYTHING done within the Church is for the edification of the believers- 1Cor.14:3,4 & 6,12,17,24-26.

Speaking in tongues is just one gift. Very few people will have all the gifts. When visible fire came down and the disciples spoke in tongues for the first time, it (tongues) was to be an initial sign to the unsaved. New Test. scripture was not yet available (faith comes by hearing..the Word) Fire doesn't come down anymore when people are saved.The gifts discussed in I cor. 14 are for the edification of the body. No. That light isn't Jesus. For after God said "Let there be light" , in the next verse God divided the "light" from the darkness and called the "light" day and called the darkness "night". Jesus is God in trinity. "Before Abraham was, I Am", said Jesus. "I Am" was the name God used when introducing Himself to Moses. "He that has seen me has seen the Father" (Jn.14:9). Colossians 1:16 says "..by Him (Jesus) were all things created..visible and invisible.." That would include visible "light'.

No. Once it was "the beginning" we had "time" (verse one). The beginning = time. The light created by God in verse 3 was "after " verse 2 which states: "And the earth was without form, and darkness was upon the face of the deep..." Then, in verse 3 God creates the "light" you were talking about. But Jesus (another "Light") already existed with God and was God, before time, or, "the beginning" was even made. See above: John1:1,13. Jesus made the world, so He had to exist prior to what He made.

And, no, that first verse in the bible "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" is in the "past" tense "created" so, it is not "just telling what God the Father will create next" (the future) as you said above (with your spelling corrected).

Jesus is not "a God". That is the mistranslation in the Jehovah Witness "Bible" from John chapter one. The word "a" before the word "God" is not there. There were many translations done from the Greek before the Jehovah Witnesses sprung up, led by their false teaching founder C.T. Russell, who was shown to be a liar in court in Brooklyn N.Y. when he claimed to be able to read Greek, and then admitted he couldn't. No where did I make referrence to Satan...it was the serpent. Satan was not the serpent, but satan annointed the serpent. Satan had maha or former knowledge of life. His teaching then became very "off', He believed he was the "angel" to the end-time church. He taught that satan had sexual intercourse with Eve, and thereby Cain was conceived. Scripture does not say anywhere that Satan "knew" Eve. It speaks of the "Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil". Knowing about good and evil encompasses a lot more than sex. If God wanted to say Eve had a sexual relationship, God would have said that Satan "knew" Eve, just as God said that Adam 'knew" her and she conceived and in the same way, Cain "knew" his wife and she conceived. It says no where that satan "knew" Eve.

We are created in the image of God (Gen. 127) But God said "Let us make man in our image..(1:26). Plural "us" and "our" yet one God. Throughout N.T. are references to Jesus being God. See Coloss. 1:16 refers to Jesus creating the heavens and earth, , yet God (Elohim) created heavens and earth, etc. Also see John 1:1 "..and the Word (Jesus) was God.."

Branham always needed the visitation of his angel in order to minister. Was it a demonic "angel"? By the early 1960's he was teaching openly that the doctrine of the Trinity was a Babylonian heresy. In 1963 he received a revelation that he was Elijah the end time messenger of the last days. He wanted Christians to leave their denominations and follow him. He died in 1965. El Ela Elohim...absolutely not gods, buy one God, and even the devil knows this and trembles. If the Holy spirit overshadowed Mary, then the Holy Spirit is the Father if we go by what you said. The Bible said ;the Father' was the father so what do we do in this case? Who will we see in heaven the Father, or the Son, or the Holy Spirit? Remember it is a trinity of offices or dispensations....not trinity of gods. God Above us, then God with us (Jesus) and now it is God in us (Holy Spirit).
