I am also used to games that auto-use key items. The menu system in this game was not the best. I also used the beginning to mess with the controls.

@locinf92 It could have been anything. Part goofing off I think too. Most of my controls were learned inthe hospital. I also recall the using items to be awkward causing me to roam around some more. I am also used to games where key items automatically activate.

If you're looking for a playthrough made from scratch without guide usage for entertainment, you can even skip to the times noted in the video descriptions. The X-Ray Film problem ?

Yes, i had that problem too. I am so sure that join both X-RAY scans together is the key to see door's code. but everytime i open inventory or weapons list there was nothing in there ! i stood in front of the x-ray light and click left mouse button, right mouse button, i push every button on my keyboard but nothing worked, i didn't know how to use the other half x-ray scan i found in room 204 ! I thought it is a dead-end, or bug in the game problem
