  • HAHAHA his wife is like" what the fuck" and he's so stoked. we've all been there.

  • Hi mate, where can I find those black ABS plates ?

    Thanks.

  • a lil tip while ur vacuming hold it and use a heatgun around the edges and finer detail it softens the plastic longer so the vacum the missed spots

  • @ 1:41 isn't that an energy sword from halo?

  • Did someone vacuum form that shirt to your body? :x

  • use a heat gun over the parts that dont warm enough, to get the extra details???

  • @miclassicarcade She seems pretty cool to me. Any chick willing to sit and watch me make a plastic mold maker and actually ask a question.

  • could have been the sukshun not het

  • @miclassicarcade

The video is in 240p but the quality is extremely good for such a low resolution. Meaning that the camera is good. Megapixels are just an advertising trick, of course they are needed, but they will just degrade the quality unless the camera body and the lens themselves are good.

  • Cat head ........ is that anything like a cameltoe? Inquiring minds want to know.

  • your girls all"hmm"

  • also i have some questions about where to get the plastic sheets and the thick you are using and if you have more ideas will be very welcome thanks again!!!!!!!!!

  • @slokytheone : Google 'tk560 vactable' for information on how to vacuumform plastic, material providers, etc. Some of the advice you are being given here is questionable.

  • im just learning about this cuz want to make some door panels for my honda and getting some info from all kind of sources what i think is like some users say use a heat gun after to give the finish shape if needed and also use some kind of wax on the parts i want to mold also like some other users say it will be very helpfull to make a bubble before using the vacuum will help a lot have not try it yet just what it comes to my mind thanks for the video it has give me a lot of ideas !!!!!!!!!

  • heat your molded parts also, as a suggestion, also try blowing a bubble first befor you suck

  • I just go over the parts that don't pull enough with a heat gun, and slap masking tape on any holes. It works fine!

  • There's my little cat head!!!

  • what material is used where to get it? in large sheets like that

  • nivce mouldds ^^

  • Excellent work! What kind of heating elements are you using?

  • very nice done, what is the thickness of the sheet? and what material is it?

    very nice.

  • One reason why lense beats megapixel.

  • Comment removed

  • @Spartan117FS And what is that reason??

  • what is vaccuum forming?

  • in laymans terms, its hot acrylic which is moulded over the shape using a vacuum to suck it into place

  • Forming with a vaccuum. durp.

  • @marchubkyle

Heating the sheet of material and sucking out all the air to take the form of the shapes below. The products are usually like plastic packaging for toys, etc.

  • nice vaccuform! this is dannifood4less from the 405th, keep up the good work.
