My additional advice would be to "relax" and "push your farts out loudly as possible in public then look at people smugly as if you're cool because of it", because I swear it causes immediate laughter. Man. Our minds are capable of creating such fear and anger when it's needless. Just fart really loud and it'll remind you that you're human. We're not that important. We're flawed.
