The accordionist guy is playing "Bésame mucho", a well-known mexican song also played by Andy Russell,Charles Aznavour,Edith Piaff,Dean Martin,Elvis Presley,The Beatles,Sammy Davis Jr.,Louis Armstrong and Nat King Cole, among others.
Great to see an American tourist atleast try to speak french. I've only been to France and Paris two times, but what I've learned is that french people don't like it if you just walk up to them and speak english. Even if your french is bad, atleast try to communicate in french. You can always switch over to English if french doesn't work for you in some situation.
4:23 - Yes you arrive at terminal 2, if you stay on the train until the end. CDG has another station for terminals 1 and 3 that connect with the CDG transfer train, which is a lot quicker than going all the wat to terminal 2, only to then have to come all the way back.
glad to see an american doing a nice job trying to speak a foreign language. Even if you only know a few words it's better than to assume everyone speaks english, learn more verbs!
I always cringe at these kinds of euro/tourist videos b/c the American presenter always seems to across as either really geeky, really dumb or some odd mix thereof. Oh well, perhaps that's just the nature of any tourist. While this guy doesn't avoid these designations, he does nevertheless make a halfway decent intro video in getting to CDG via the RER.
Sorry friend, but you could say at 3:05 that RED signal usually means STOP or wrong way! Do not get mad, but it was funny when I think on "set" the title to how "not" to use the Paris Subway... LOL
