Nice Video! Shows alot of Tiger Style, my favorite! I love Shaolin Kung Fu and I'm currently training in Traditional Northern and Southern styles but I've noticed every time I see Shaolin Temple Monks perform, they seem to be going to fast! I know the difference between Traditional Shaolin and Shaolin Wushu, but if they slowed down "some" of the techniques they would almost be the same! For example @ 2:40-2:43! Also notice the back sweep @ 2:49, it doesn't look properly done! Slow it down some!

most of these forms of fighting were known as hidden martial arts. They are not supposed to be show cased. It is apart of there belief. They are excercises that they do to withstand pain and other elements. Not ment to be gazed upon. Its something you do in secret.
