i have been using my friends virtual gravity nano, i would average around 150, but lately my rev rate has DEPLETED and i roll my hand up the back now, would you recommend using this untill i can get my hand up the side? i could use one for free
The ball is drilled without finger inserts (as seen in the picture at the beginning but has used with a white ViseIT thumb slug which was not inserted when the picture was taken.
