i played alto from 4th-1st semester of 6th grade.

Then switched to trumpet for 2nd semester

Been playing tenor since 7th grade. I've also played Bari

I can still remember what playing trumpet is like but I can't remember what alto is like!

Someone told me once that i wasn't missing anything :P but god i wish i could remember what it's like

@BestBuddy916 no, the alto sax is not hard. i have been playing it for about 2 years and if you know how to read music you will be able to pick it up pretty fast... if you have been playing the flute for over say 3 years i reccomend at least trying out the alto

@BestBuddy916 Alto is not hard. in my 4 years of playing, it has been a lot of fun playing. So, i would definitely recommend trying it out. It can be a challenge, depending on what type of music your playing, but that is about it.
