The entire OTC market is based purley on speculation & was the main cause of the 2008 market crash. This allow large investment bankers and hedge funds to manipulate markets by buying large amounts of commodities driving the cost way up & making profit, then release the commodity purchased to the market driving costs down and making profit. In essence the game is fixed.

Want to see fuel prices fall?...Put up the old 55MPH signs again. My car gets 32mpg at 70mph and 35mpg at 55mph. Just the thought of a decrease in consumer comsumption of motor-fuels would cause the speculation house-of-cards to plummet.
