They guy in the back seat was an actor by the name of Robert Hegyes who used to play the character of Epstein on the same show. He passed away recently. RIP Robert Hegyes!

Some like it because it's The Sweathogs (minus Vinnie Barbarino, aka John Travolta) from the 70s hit show Welcome Back Kotter. Everyone was talking the next day about how freakin' cool this clip was the next day, back in 95, to have them playin' these parts in the fake clips they did. My guess is that you're too young have any idea about what I'm saying. Without these clowns and that show, Travolta woulda never made Pulp Fiction, or anything else.
