  • I feel it more in my upper back, what am I doing wrong?

  • @gordiehannan You are most likely not concentrating the exercise on your arms. Meaning, you are probably doing the full extension (reverse fly) which mostly works your back. You should not move your elbows when you execute the exercise. keep them in place and only extend from the elbow down.
