This is a useful glitch. I actually found a similair one in 2008. And I have screenshots of it. Holding a dds like a salamander etc. Makes it look like you're cutitng your wrists.

@Mimepeople tbh my videos always lagg even on draft auto lol, thats just mainly cos i have a shit laptop- even when my computer only has vegas on as a program. a good suggestion is turning off all unused programs- even like limewire as that takes up a crapload of memory. and if you go on task manager on processes, right click sony vegas and set the priority to very high. should help.
