If you are going to the Load Item Set...

It will not show just like mine so what you do is manually equip the items.

nah this isn't apart of the wow folder thw wow model veiwer is not accually apart of world of warcraft so you can do whatever and it wont alter ingame stuff

restart wow model viewer and open it up and if that doesnt work try searching for the item ID
