  • I have a third degree sprain. It has been almost two months and I can not walk in heels. I am a model this is my job...about how much longer will it be? Do you suggest me staying out of my heels?

  • As a remedial massage therapist, I know for a fact that you @TomSouthLondon are actually incorrect, These exercises are exactly the kind that you need for a chronic ankle sprain, it is an acute ankle sprain that you wouldn't use them for. Combining this simple exercise with regular visits to your remedial massage therapist will see you well on your way to stronger ankles.

  • TomSouthLondon- Actually not. This is not something that will get you out of swelling and torn tissue, rather, an exercise which balances out the strength balance between the inner and outer ankle/lower leg/foot region.

    Feel free to use this exercise consistently, on a daily basis, for several months and report your success stories =)
