I have a third degree sprain. It has been almost two months and I can not walk in heels. I am a model this is my job...about how much longer will it be? Do you suggest me staying out of my heels?
10 years back i was struck by a car in my right ankle from behind. I applied bandage and it was ok. But recently while walking i felt pain suddenly behind my ankel , i did x- ray and everything was normal. But i feel pain in and around may ankle , some time at heel , sometime on top some left side of ankle. can you help me plz.
