What's wrong with a damn hatchback? Buy an A4, A6 or A8 if you want a sedan. The whole point of this car is to be a small and practical city car. What do you suggest, a mini sedan, where will that get us? How big and practical will the boot be on a mini sedan, and what will that do to the rear legroom?
