sounds like it needs some oil, note the blie smoke aswell and dont REV IT like that! i think it could manage a high idle. when is the next video comming? been like forever.. would like to see how it turns out, im restoring a sitting benz aswell, a w123 240D -83 only sat 3 years though, not 30..

Yes Austrian red necks, as far as I could tell by their accent. I wanted to see the Puch G in the back pull the rig out of the dirt. He said (@1:55) it was sitting there for 25 years (the heading says 29 of sleep) and moved 3mm. Definitely this was pure mechanic, today a modern Diesel sits for month and doesent start anymore. These cars have military specs :-) they run and are maintainable without a palmtop and authorized service dealer.

This is why I love my Mercedes old or new.

I had a 1991 300E 4DR V6 that set under a tree for 5 years.

I changd the battery, coolant and oil. Started it and drove it until it was wrecked in a collision.
