There are separate parts to this. One, of course he should not have used a devise designed to administer a powerful electric shock to a 10 year old girl. I mean is there any moron who would actually debate that? Two, even if it was a legally legitimate thing to do, I as an adult male officer could never bring myself to commit such pathetic act. I think there is more to this story than reported. No one wrote, asked or cared WHY the girl didn`t want to take a shower. I can almost guarantee it had something to do with the mom. By 10 most girls want to be clean (boys are another story). There is a reason she didn`t want to shower & no one has given her the respect or dignity to ask why. Instead she was just tazer, arrested, charged with a criminal offense, & put in a juvenile hall.
