The intro is taken from SUPERMAN #1. The credits and opening have been altered along with the opening theme. This is not the way the original was.

this animation is pretty bad ass to be from the 40s i owned a few episodes of this cartoon but i thought it was like animation from the 60s or even the 70s lol...im shocked

@Nix91 Well, I do think it looks a little dated regarding the technology that's in the fictional world.
I mean, who still uses computers the size of houses?
Besides, the animation itself may be kinda good (it's hard to beat good old fashioned hand drawing), but the story and acting is piss poor.

at 5:33 - A piece of true history: the first time that Clark changes into Superman in a phone booth. THE first time -- radio, film or comics.

I like the fact that Clark doesn't decide to turn into Superman and go after the robot until AFTER Lois gets captured.
I also never knew that Vincent Price used robots to steal money.
