opeing the case is pretty simple, the only tricky part is the back of the 360 where the power is, very very tricky, hardest and most frustrating part. Dont spend money on those xbox 360 opening tool they bend easily and are mad eout of cheap metal. Use a screwdriver for the back and everything will be ok.
