@argenvia Thanks. The Yellow HST is not a passenger train. It simply is filled with computers and measuring equipment. Each coach is specific for whatever measurements are checked. I do believe one is a mobile board meeting room. It is not for public use and is for measurements by Network Rail only and can go anywhere HST are allowed to go due to gauging issues. Hope this helps :)

This video took about 10hours to get onto YouTube mate. left the PC Running overnight. i started uploading part 2 at 9am, its still uploading now, but its not as big (file size) for some reason.
