For the NES, those boss battles were incredible. I liked the music, but in 8-bit, it was just too cutesy for me to take seriously.

Even for the NES, the bosses are amazingly drawn. I hear Garuda ("chickenman" of doom in the vid) is pretty troublesome in the NES version. Anyone notice how a lot of enemies/bosses are borrowed from greek mythology?

Love this game.Its alot better than the ds remake, they made the dudes in the remake look like women. Only thing i didnt like was the very last part, you have to fight 5 super tough bosses in a row.Its no problem if your using save states, but without them it'd be super hard
