@1517494 in theory yeah, but you still need prayer restores AND spamming brews still lowers your stats, they just restore 26x as fast (+26 at a time not +1) so some super restores help both

stats go up by 26 if you're 99 in a skill every 15 seconds, so if you drink too much brews every 15 secs it will go up by 26, so it may not be max (125)

@drCasey555 prayer pots/energies are 25 gp per 1 point of exp in LOSS (cost of mats minus cost of selling item) in today's market. there 5m exp would cost you 125m cash in pure loss, that is considering you sell all u make. If u keep the items you make the loss is more, anuwhere from 200-300m. There are better potions to make then prayer/energy pots. There are only two potions in the game which are less then 10 gp per 1 exp, it is up to you to figure out which ones I'm talking about :)
