This idea is for use with robots, as it uses natural movement which has been tested for millions of years, especially with the development of insects. Much easier than getting a robot to walk upright on 2 legs. There was a PBS program about this.

It should be made out of the trash it finds on the beach, and calve off segments when it gets too big. Soon we'll see them fighting over territory at the larger public bathing spots.
the music and the film are awesome! this guy is a pretty great engineer, but i agree with ChristinaSchneider, he does have a god complex
