The who would fake this is obviously the producers of this video. Every person in this video is obviously an actor.

As for how, simply the front (or whole) of this building was getting replaced (demolished) and a filmmaker knew to use it as a quick gag shot. The glass was getting replaced anyway, or they put in some cheap fx glass for the shot. This is a cheap shot. The cost of the broken stuff is less than everyones cost in the time to setup and shoot this gag.
