I have to agree with all of you....he did a marvelous job, and everyone did listen....we need more f/a's like him.....
as a former TWA Manager, I wish I had him on my crew list! LOL!!!!!! Thank you for this video..nicely done!

This flight attendant definitely made people comfortable. They also listened which usually doesn't happen. He was also extremely courteous and catered to the passengers needs.

Oh my god, I would deplane all pax and walk away from that flight if i was working it with that dude, seriously!
Its unprofesional and I am 20 yrs old!
