its not bad driving, its bad street layout. They have no common sense when making new street signs and new rules. Its another the faulty government system.
similar problem in my city: a road where cars were allowed to go both direction is changed to a one way street for cars, the other lane and direction is a bus only lane, taxis and bikes allowed. There are also several signs at the end of the one way street, in advance there are no left/right turn signs except bus, taxi and it's also written in the road. Many people just ignore...
