I take vitamins for my hair. I buy my vitamins from iherb dot com. They ship worldwide. For my hair and nails: biotin (Thompson) and Horsetail grass (Nature's Way or Nature's Answer). My hair is now in very good condition and long. I have a cupon code for this site if you want order the first time: VIK284 and you have 5$ off.
For hair ends: pure avocado/jojoba/argan oil -> very good!
Thank you for your clear, straightforward and useful videos! So glad I have just found you today! New subbie :)! I, too, like to keep it simple, and have no problem growing hair but it does break easily. As a creature of habit, I like to get a regimen and keep it the same as much as possible. Will be trying the leave in conditioner and Hemp Oil (already taking vitamins) on your suggestion. Your skin and hair are beautiful!
hi miss jostylin. I am only 13 years old and African and I have really thick hair. I had my big chop this January and loving it. I have been on YouTube looking for good products to use for my hair but they are all american products and i live in London, Deptford so it will be hard to get them so I was wondering if you know any cream i could be using so my hair wont be as dry as it is. from princessalvador
@princesssalvador. Try Cantu shea butter cream-moisrurizer or any other water based one from d African hair stores, mixed with some oils eg coconut/olive/castor/ or shea butter itself. U can add aloe vare juice to the mix, I just started mixing mine with d juice and it makes my hair soooo soft. Holland & barrett sells aloe vera juice. If you use itce in your mixture, keep the mixture refrigerated or better still use d juice seperately and keep the bottle in fridge cos it expires early. Good luck
Your hair is beautiful. I just decided to stop relaxing my hair. Its only been 9 weeks but I have learned alot by watching your videos. I hope your tips work for me
Thanks for this video, your hair is absolutely gorgeous. I am a newly natural and I have been watching youtube vids like crazy. Some of the videos that refer to routines seem too complicated. I am all about simplicity. Your video reinforces a "forgotten" truth tha natural hair can be simple.
I bought the Parnevu T-Tree Oil, like 2 weeks ago. LOVE IT :D! It leaves my hair soo nice and soft and feels great!! Although not really good for holding shape, it's still great :3
i love thazt stuff ive been naturall since 08 and that works wonders for my hair its not in my regimen but i think im going to contniue to use it. also when you put it in your hair it makes your scalp tingle
@PopGoesNappy Hey!! I live in Quebec (canada) and the one i bought has also mineral oil as main ingredient! But I still LOVE it! my hair loves it moistures my hair just enough and i feel like my hair gets stronger (I have thin and fragile hair)
Wow Jo! Great results with such a simple regimen. Do you use a deep conditioner? I am such a product junkie and a mixologist. Maybe it's time to simplify my regimen. Thanks for sharing.
Fabulous review of the products! I purchased the Parnevu leave in conditioner last month and I love the results and smell. It's a great leave in for the price. Just in case you missed it, I do want to let you know that the 2nd ingredient in the product is mineral oil, however it has some awesome properties such as T-Tree, Menthol and Camphor which is great for hair growth! Looking forward to seeing more videos from you.
Simplicity seems best! I'm curbing the product junkie in me...lol, slowly. But I've found a few products and regiments that seem pretty consistent. Plan to stick w/ them for awhile.
I will start back taking my Biotin and fish oil vitamins again!

Parnevu Tea Tree has mineral oil in it. I remember you saying to stay clear of that. This doesn't effect your hair?

but the biotin in well women is only 50. Does it really make your hair grow fast?
