  • did anyone notice whats on his computer?

  • 22 people tried this and got a Fat speeding ticket!

  • Isn't he an actor?

  • This man cannot be a lawyer at least i hope not, are you kidding me or what.First he didnt say how to get out of a speeding ticket in anyway, so why is this titled the way it is?Second always go to court and tell the truth and most of the time you will not receive any points.95% of the time your better off without a lawyer, without a doubt and i will argue this with anyone and my answer will be the same, get it?If i had my way judges would have to move from county to county each two weeks.

  • Well this sucked. This wasn't helpful at all.

The cops word against yours. Cop always has a better character reputation with the judge than the motorist. You lose and pay.

If you just pay the ticket you lose and pay.

Then if you get a lawyer, you lose and pay him.

What a system we have. You suck.

  • This guy looks exactly like James Brolin!

  • A Family Law attorney telling you how to get out of a speeding ticket? You gotta be kidding. Since when does traffic court handle custody battles?

  • SO, HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT IMPEACHING AN OFFICER? WHO DO GO TO FIRST? CUZ BIKE SEASON IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER AND I DO NOT INTEND ON PAYING ONE PENNY TO THE IMPERIAL COURTS... (EVEN IF IT MEANS GOING FAST, AWAY FROM PIGGIES) . PLEASE PROVIDE SOME INSIGHT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE DONE IT IN MISSOURI....lol. NO, SERIOUSLY, LET ME KNOW..

  • More scare tactics and misinformation given by lawyers. You cannot end up with a higher fine if you choose to fight your ticket. The court cannot "punish" you by upping the charges for defending yourself. The majority of the time the judge will reduce the fines because they are elected public officials and want to keep both parties happy. You should not fear filing a defense case on your own. Be respectful. If you win your case, you'll still have to pay the lawyer-- lose and you pay both...

  • Typical lawyer, hire me for alot of money. Its all about standing and the court, and lawyers don't like it. Injury or violtion of a right. I personally beat a ovi dus. That guy is selling trash. Call him if you want to get roobbed.

  • You suck. Nub.

  • Easy on a bike, I'm a new rider the power kicked in all of a sudden due to a bad gear change and it threw me backwards pulling the throttle open, I maintained it until I could slow down encase I locked up the wheels breaking suddenly and crashed.

I could be my own lawyer and commit murder? :3

  • i tought Goerge Bush was speaking

  • LOL @silent nation

  • I got out of a 5 point ticket by having a good lawyer even though I was guilty. The lawyer fee was cheaper than the ticket and insurance hike price, I was also allowed to keep my license.... Unfortunately, the law does not mattelr, only how much money you have or who you know.

  • what ever happened to right to travel,? did that just fly out the window with our freedom of speech ?

  • blah blah blah, he never says HOW to get out of paying it....just generalities

  • BULLSHIT. You always have a defense.

You can easily impeach the officer as a witness. You can also prove a conflict of interest by asking three questions to a judge:

    1) Am I entitled to a fair trial?

    2) Can I get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest?

    3) Who do you represent?

This exposes their whole scam. Now it's not easy to get this to work. It would help to wear a suit and tie when you do it. But impeaching a cop is very easy.

  • What kind of a church records confessionals for purposes of blackmail? Judge Paul Breckenridge, in Church of Scientology of California vs. Gerald Armstrong, noted that Mary Sue Hubbard (plaintiff in that case) "authored the infamous order 'GO 121669' which directed culling of supposedly confidential P.C. [Preclear] files/folders for the purposes of internal security ... for purposes of intimidation and/or harassment".

  • @TruthUnderFire

Do I ask the judge these questions in the very beginning at the start, or another period during the process? Do I impeach the officer after his testimony while he is still on stand? Thank you Truth. Please msg me if you could. appreciate it.

  • No. This idiot in the video will help you with one thing: LOSING in court.

    T

  • @TruthUnderFire exactly. And you always want to have a court recorder present. This is so if you are found guilty, you need this to file an appeal. Remember, OBJECT TO EVERYTHING that the officer says in court. You cant file an appeal on anything that isn't objected to in court.

I suggest reading all of the procedures that your local court follows. My municipal court follows the KS Statues for Municipal Court Procedures. Use the law against them.

  • nigga didnt say shit

  • HE HAS A CORDLESS IN THE BACK
