Now, getting an attorney to represent you is going to be tough since you have no money to pay them (no job), you have no damages and you have no case. The comment and criticism of your videos is NOT "breaking the law". You have no right to not be embarrassed by your own words. We will see what a court of law has to say about it.

OK, no sweat. Still have it., and a bunch more may as well. I have a collection of his increasing nuttiness since he posted, all since allegedly DMCA'd. Or set to private, which s my guess, or self deleted so he can DMCA everything that includes him since he believes Fair Use only applies under TOS while his content is up.

Sable, you do understand that big flat screens are not actually that expensive, and given the switch to digital TV a 42 inch 720p represents only a $200 premium over a 27 inch crt? Heck, my 46 inch 720P DLP was only $75 on the used market, and it even has firewire to boot.
Do you understand that going "flat screen", even a large one, and ditching cable represents $300+/year in savings, and improved picture quality, plus savings on electricity.
